FAQ

Common questions

Which AI agents work with Sortd?

Any assistant or agent that supports MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Copilot, plus anything that can call a REST API. You bring the agent and its model; Sortd gives it a supervised workspace in your team’s Gmail.

Do I need a Google Cloud project or OAuth review?

No. Sortd hosts the MCP server at api.sortd.com/mcp. You connect it, approve the scopes in the browser, and the agent works through Sortd on your existing Google Workspace.

Will an agent send email on its own?

Only if you grant a send scope. By default agents can create drafts for your team to review. Replying and sending are separate permissions you choose per agent.

What does it cost?

Full API and MCP access is included in the Business plan, priced per user with no credits and no per-resolution charges. Your AI provider’s usage is billed by them, so your prompts and agent stay yours.
