Hi, I’ve been charged twice for my March subscription. Can you refund one of them? Order #4482. Thanks, Jane

Check the Support board in Sortd for new emails. For each one:
1. Classify it and set the owner (billing → Maya, orders → Jonah).
2. Set a due date four working hours from now.
3. Draft a reply using the refund policy in our Support Playbook doc.
Don’t send anything. Leave each draft for review and move the card to Needs approval.
Create your Support board, or start from the Customer Support template.
Add the Sortd MCP server (api.sortd.com/mcp) to Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent and approve the scopes.
Paste the prompt, point it at your policies, and run it on demand or on a schedule.

Not unless you allow it. With the default drafts.write scope the agent can only prepare replies. Replying directly needs the email.reply scope, which you grant separately.
Your team edits or rewrites the draft before it goes out, and can reassign the card. Exceptions route to a named person on the board, with circuit breakers against loops and every action recorded. Audit reporting is in beta.
Whichever you already use. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot and any MCP client can connect, and the agent’s knowledge and prompts stay yours.
Yes. Claude Cowork and ChatGPT can run the Sortd connector on a schedule, for example every hour: check for new mail and file anything urgent onto the Support board.
